How can I use RockIT Hyperlocal Software Service Services?

You have to download RockIT Hyperlocal Software Service app and register yourself. Once registered you can request for the parcel of your courier. Once you have placed your order any of our nearest biker will reach your destination and pick the courier to be delivered.

What if the biker doesn't show up?

Credit is charged only on the delivery. If the Biker does not show up, you will not be charged any of the credits.

Does RockIT Hyperlocal Software Service operate outside Delhi?

Since it has been only few days we started our online operations, we are working hard to reach out to other cities. We will be soon launching our services in other locations. As of now we are operating only in Delhi. If you have any special deliveries, please connect our call center.

Can I also travel along with the parcel?

Our service allows delivery of your parcel and hence only parcel goods can travel with our bikers. However, with our map tracking facility your parcel will never leave your sight.

What is the security of my goods / Parcel?

All the parcels received will be immediately sealed and delivered. With our GPS enabled bikers and with our map tracking facility your parcel will never leave your sight. Further all the goods have an insurance coverage amounting upto Rs. 500/- per package or value of the goods as declared by you at the time of booking you order for delivery whichever is less. RockIT Hyperlocal Software Service almost ensures complete security and care of your goods to be delivered.

What are credits?

Credits are your amount of money credited with us in form of Credit points.Everytime you use our service your credits are debited. 1 Credit is has a monetary value of Rs.50 inclusive of all the charges and other taxes.

How are they charged?

They are charged as per the kms and weightage of the goods which is given below:-

	0-5 Kms.	5-10 Kms.	10-15 Kms.	15-20 Kms.	20-25 Kms.
0-2 Kgs.	1 Cr.	2 Cr.	3 Cr.	4 Cr.	5 Cr.
2-5 Kgs.	2 Cr.	3 Cr.	4 Cr.	5 Cr.	6 Cr.

What is the basis of Charging?

The basis of charging are kilometres where the good needs to be delivered and weightage of the goods.

Can I book via the website?

No, at present this facility is not available but it will be available in the near future.

How do I launch a complain/grievance?

How do I purchase RockIT Hyperlocal Software Service credits?

You can purchase through the Paytm, Credit cards, Debit cards from your Application or from RockIT Hyperlocal Software Service delivery boy or you can order through our back office team.

I want to have a bulk deal with RockIT Hyperlocal Software Service, how to approach the same?

Can I change my booking?

You need to cancel it within 5 minutes otherwise the cancellation will be chargeable and then you go for a new booking.

Can I pay Cash On Delivery?

Yes, you need to pay cash on pickup of your goods and if you have credits in your account then it will be debited after your pickup is confirmed.

How do I cancel my booking? What are the charges?

If you cancel your booking within 5 minutes of placing the request, nothing will be charged. Otherwise, 1 credit will get deducted.
